Creative Factory YOO ships within Australia and Japan

We’re happy to offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200, and free international shipping on orders over $300.

We typically dispatch your order within 2–4 business days. If there is any delay, we will contact you via email from hello@cfyoo.com. You are also welcome to get in touch with us via email, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram.

Within Australia:

• Sticker Only Shipping – $5
  Please do not choose this option for jewellery orders. If this option is selected for jewellery, please note that the metal container will not be included, as it cannot be sent via standard mail due to a thickness.
  This method is sent via standard mail without tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch email, but no tracking number will be provided, and we are unable to insure the item if it is lost during transit. If you would like tracking, please choose a shipping method that includes it.
  Typically arrives in your mailbox within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

• Standard Shipping – $15
  Sent via Australia Post with tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.
  Typically arrives within 2–4 business days within Tasmania and 3–6 business days to the mainland after dispatch.

• Express Shipping – $20
  Sent via Express Australia Post with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number on dispatch.
  Typically arrives within 1–2+ business days within Tasmania and 2–3+ business days to the mainland after dispatch.

International Shipping:

• Standard International Shipping – $30
  Sent via registered Australia Post with tracking. You’ll be notified with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
  Delivery time is estimated between 10–21 business days, depending on the destination.
  (Please note: shipping estimates are between metro areas of major cities and don’t include delays from customs or other unforeseen issues.)

Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, please be aware that any additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments:

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
You don’t need Stripe account to check out — simply follow the prompts to pay as a guest using your credit or debit card.
