At Creative Factory YOO, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind each piece we create. We’re committed to ensuring you're happy with your order — while also complying with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Our Guarantee
All our pieces are covered under Australian Consumer Law and come with a Consumer Guarantee, ensuring that they are sold free from faults or defects.

2. About Our Jewellery
Our jewellery is handmade and delicate, crafted with care and priced fairly to reflect the artistry involved.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. We kindly ask that you treat your piece with love and care.

Please note:

• Some pieces include natural stones and crystals, which may vary in colour, size, or shape. This is part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

• Slight variations may occur from the image shown online.

• Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days. If you need something urgently, select Express Post and let us know in the order comments — we’ll do our best to help!

3. Earrings — No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, so please double-check all product details before purchasing.
We recommend reviewing the dimensions and descriptions carefully to avoid disappointment — your satisfaction is important to us.

4. Exchanges — Other type of jewellery & Stickers
We’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase for other items like rings, bracelets, necklaces or stickers (excluding earrings).

Here’s how it works:

• The first exchange is free, but postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please return the item in its original condition, well-packaged, and include a prepaid registered post satchel for us to send your new item.

• Email us at hello@cfyoo.com with your order details and the style you’d like to exchange it for.

Price differences:

• If the new item is more expensive, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference.

• If it’s less, we’ll issue a store credit for the remaining amount.

5. Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully and reach out if you have any questions before ordering — we’re always happy to help!

6. Faults or Breakages
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us right away at hello@cfyoo.com.
We’ll assess the item and, if it’s deemed faulty, we’ll happily repair, replace, exchange, or refund it.

Please note:

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage are not considered faulty.

• Jewellery that has been worn and clearly damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

7. Return Address
For all returns and exchanges, please send your parcel to the address below via registered post for security.
